Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (“the Site”), operated by iBreeily for the PLATINUM FIVE Faction Department (“the Department,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

The Department is an unofficial, fan-run community body for the PLATINUM FIVE Faction Community, serving players of Blackhawk Rescue Mission 5 (BRM5). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of BRM5, GameLoaded Entertainment, Roblox Corporation, or Discord Inc.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Description of the Service

The Site provides information about the PLATINUM FIVE Faction Community, including the roster, official factions, community guidelines, announcements, and a way to sign in with Discord to access account-specific features. Reports against factions or users are submitted and reviewed through our Discord server, not through this website.

Eligibility

Signing in to the Site requires a Discord account, so you must meet Discord’s own minimum age requirement (currently 13) and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service. By signing in, you confirm that you meet those requirements.

Accounts and Discord sign-in

Account-specific features are accessed by signing in with Discord. You’re responsible for any activity that happens under your account. We may assign your account a role (such as member or staff) that determines what you can access, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Faction Community Guidelines.

Acceptable use

While using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, malicious, or bad-faith reports against a faction or user
• Impersonate another person, faction, or staff member
• Attempt to bypass, probe, or compromise the Site’s security or access controls
• Scrape, automate, or otherwise misuse the Site outside of normal browsing
• Use the Site in a way that violates Discord’s Terms of Service or the Faction Community Guidelines

Reports, moderation, and enforcement

Reports submitted through our Discord server are reviewed at the Department’s discretion, and any resulting warnings, blacklists, or other sanctions are issued under the published Faction Community Guidelines. Staff decisions are made in good faith but are final unless appealed through the process described in those Guidelines. We don’t guarantee any particular outcome or response time for a report or appeal.

User submissions

Anything you submit to us — reports, evidence, appeals, or applications — may be stored and used internally by the Department for moderation and recordkeeping purposes.

Intellectual property

The PLATINUM FIVE name, branding, and site content belong to the Department. BRM5 and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. This is an unofficial fan project, and no ownership of those marks is claimed.

Third-party services and links

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services, including Discord, Roblox, GameLoaded Entertainment, and Google Docs/Sheets. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for their availability, content, or conduct.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that roster, faction, or enforcement information is always complete or up to date.

Limitation of liability

The Site is a free, volunteer-run community project. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Department and its staff aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any breach of these Terms or the Faction Community Guidelines, without prior notice.

Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site, and may update these Terms, at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by general principles of fair dealing for online community services. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
